YOUTH BASKETBALL LEAGUE

� League Dates: Jan. 21st - Feb. 25th.
� 6 week Saturday league including tourney.
� Reg. Fee: $250/team.
� Reg.

Deadline: Monday, January 16th at Noon.
� League Divisions: K-5th. REGISTRATION WILL BE OPEN SOON!� Mission Statement: To teach young athletes skills, and good character on and off the court. We will do this by coming together as a SJBC Board, volunteers, coaches, parents, schools, and communities by showing good character while competing with one another . Our goal is not only to produce good athletes and competitive competition, but good humans as well.

We had a blast this past Friday hosting the Seymour Elementary Homecoming! Thank you all so much who came, and financially supported this event!

There will be 🏀, two 🎤 performances from our very own Re*****on “Little Elvis” Harris, and the crowning of Seymour Elementary’s New Homecoming 🤴and 👸🏼!

If your students, preschool through ages 11/12, are interested in YMCA softball or baseball, we have forms they can pick up in the elementary office. Registration is through March 26, 2023. If students register after March 26, 2023, there will be an additional $10 added to the signup fee.

➡️Basketball Teams within Seymour Elementary School that would like to be apart.

➡️Group/Individual within Seymour Elementary that would like to sing the National Anthem🇺🇸.

➡️Any other club that consists of students within the Seymour Elementary School that would like to be apart of this event. Like Chereleaders, gymnasts, dancers, band, etc.

More details to come when all teams/groups are set for event! So, SAVE THE DATE!

What better way to spend a Saturday, then in the gym!🏀

We hosted our 1st of many sport’s tournaments this past Saturday! We learned a lot, and are already taking steps to improve for the next one. We hope each of you enjoyed it!

Tomorrow is…….. TOURNAMENT DAY!🏀

There’s over 2️⃣5️⃣ teams ready to come compete, and showcase their skills tomorrow in Seymour! Students in grades Kindergarten-8th grade will be playing!

➡️Games will start at 8 a.m. and go until late afternoon!

Locations for games:
➡️Seymour High School
➡️Seymour Elementary
➡️Seymour YMCA (Great opportunity to check out the newly renovated gym!)

Concessions will be available! Come hangout, and watch some basketball!
