Hey Community!

We have an EXCITING NEWS to share with you!!!

Thanks to a recent $2,500 grant from the Valley Community Foundation, we’ll be partnering with our friends at Massaro Community Farm of Woodbridge, CT to bring in more fresh, local produce this summer.

The plan is for pick ups every 2 weeks starting next month. 🥬🥕🙌🏻

We’re THRILLED at this opportunity to spend more time around some of our favorite farmers, spread more nutritious goodness to our neighbors, AND support our local farms who give SO MUCH to our community.

You all are AMAZING!!!

We can’t believe the outpouring of support over the last few days!!!

People, businesses, and organizations all have all been reaching out with interest in helping our neighbors. It’s been unbelievable in THE BEST kind of way.

Thanks to our friends at The Blessing Pantry, Naugatuck Valley Soup Kitchen, and many MANY of YOU, we’re officially back to stocking. We’ve also noticed lots of donations going directly into the pantry. 🙌🏻

We’ll gladly accept any unexpired, unopened nonperishables, bread, and fresh produce. You can place items directly into the pantry, leave them in the black donation bin by our garage, or ship to 58 Skokorat St. Seymour CT.

Want to gather your prayer warrior friends to call in enough food for every neighbor in our community?

Happy Monday!

Here’s your regular reminder that people are STILL kind, generous, and wonderful.

Thank you SO MUCH to EVERYONE dropping off donations and filling the pantry!!!

Yesterday we put out the last of our supplies. We even cleaned out our own cabinets to fill the pantry. For a moment, we felt defeated by our inability to meet the needs of our community.

Then we noticed how people showed up throughout the day to leave items…

And we remembered THAT is the point. It’s NOT our job to keep the pantry full. Our job as stewards is to create the space. We provide the container for the MAGIC✨ to happen. We aren’t the magicians. YOU ARE!

So we would like to offer our deep, heartfelt thanks to each and every neighbor who continues to show up and lead with KINDNESS. YOU are a gift to this community.

We love and appreciate you. ❤️🫶🏻
