Happy Monday!
Here’s your regular reminder that people are STILL kind, generous, and wonderful.
Thank you SO MUCH to EVERYONE dropping off donations and filling the pantry!!!
Yesterday we put out the last of our supplies. We even cleaned out our own cabinets to fill the pantry. For a moment, we felt defeated by our inability to meet the needs of our community.
Then we noticed how people showed up throughout the day to leave items…
And we remembered THAT is the point. It’s NOT our job to keep the pantry full. Our job as stewards is to create the space. We provide the container for the MAGIC✨ to happen. We aren’t the magicians. YOU ARE!
So we would like to offer our deep, heartfelt thanks to each and every neighbor who continues to show up and lead with KINDNESS. YOU are a gift to this community.
We love and appreciate you. ❤️🫶🏻
PS. If you are interested in supporting the pantry, we will gladly accept any unexpired nonperishables, bread, fresh produce, unopened hygiene products, and books (for the little free library). Items can be placed directly into the pantry, into the black donation bins by our garage door, or shipped to 58 Skokorat St. Seymour CT, 06483. As always, feel free to reach out with any questions.
