Are you struggling with a loss of a loved one.

H.I.S. Counseling will host:
“Surviving the Holidays - by GriefShare” a faith-based approach to navigating the pain of grief during this season. This is a one time two-hour event, Nov. 8th at 3pm - 5pm.
All are welcome to attend and there’s no charge.

Also, the community is welcome to attend the 13 week GriefShare cycle starting on Nov. 15th at 3pm - 5pm.
There’s no charge for this event and it is sponsored by: Diggins Baptist Church.
We’ve had a number of folks in our community say that this program has been very helpful for them in processing their grief. Again, you are welcome to attend.

Session 6c is this Sunday April 12th from 3:30 to 5:00pm.
We will continue discussing part 3 of teenage emotional regulation and in particular helping our “imaginary subject Joe Show” with his Trauma Response.
This session is designed to give practical information regarding how to help when their Central Nervous System is affected by experiencing a traumatic event.
This 12-session Teen Coaching Course is designed to equip adults with tools to assist and mentor teenagers.
