Monday & Wednesday (6–8 PM): Novice practice; Experienced rowers highly encouraged to attend!
Tuesday & Thursday (6–8 PM): Experienced practice
Friday (9–11 AM): Open practice

✨We are so excited to welcome Lydia Parsley as KCRC’s coach for the 2026 season! Lydia has a background in clothing, food-as-medicine and all things rowing. As a competitive rower, she races every type of shell in all kinds of crazy conditions. Most days you can find her on the water, encouraging rowers toward ease & efficiency, and other days she cross-trains in nature with an occasional weight-lifting or erg session. Welcome, Lydia! ✨
