FedEx is leaving packages outside by the mailboxes. They are supposed to deliver to your house. Package delivery is a real problem. For rental cabins, we suggest sending packages to the management company, maintenance person, or cleaner, and have them bring them to the property when guests are not there.

We had a visitor at the pool and tennis courts this morning. The bears are active. Please lock your car doors and do not feed or interact with the wildlife. While they look cute, it is dangerous to interact with them. More info is available at https://www.tn.gov/twra/wildlife/mammals/large/black-bears.html

The pool was completely refinished over the winter and is open daily from 9 AM to 9 PM until Labor Day.

We are looking for someone who can work mostly on Weekends, days & afternoons. Also, fill in from time to time. Retirees Welcome!

Private Gated Community
Guards check in visitors and guests on a computer system.
You don't need any experience, but some computer experience is preferred.
* $13/hr
* We provide paid vacation time (PTO)
* Double Time on Holidays
* Shift differential pay.
* Free Life Insurance
* Optional Dental Insurance

This is an unarmed security position. We provide training.
