Dolly Parton’s connection with Dr. Robert F. Thomas reflected her deep appreciation for a physician who cared for her family, delivered her into the world, and dedicated his life to serving the people of Sevier County. As Honorary Chair of the Dr. Robert F. Thomas Foundation, she helped carry forward his legacy of compassion, service and commitment to community.
