🇺🇸 Volunteer Walkers Needed for the Severna Park Parade! 🇺🇸

FYI, everyone—the rescheduled Severna Park parade is happening this Saturday, July 11th!

We are incredibly proud to share that our very own member, Bob Quigel, is this year’s Grand Marshal! Let’s out and show him some massive support.

We need volunteer walkers to walk alongside our float, pass out candy, and hand out flags. Here is how you can join in:

Option A: Meet at Post 175 at 8:30 AM (we depart at 9:00 AM sharp).

Option B: Meet directly at the parade starting line at 9:30 AM—just look for our float or find Ambrose, who is running the show.

What to wear: Please wear an American Legion Post 175 shirt or your favorite patriotic gear!

📸 Can’t walk? We still need your help! If you’re watching from the sidelines, please take plenty of photos of Grand Marshal Bob Quigel and our Post float, and share them with us!

Thank you to everyone willing to walk and represent American Legion Post 175. See you Saturday!

Please note the Severna Park Parade has been postponed to 11 July.

While we'll have to wait a little longer to celebrate, our excitement hasn't changed! We are especially proud this year's Grand Marshal is our very own rider, Little Bob. What a well-deserved honor, and we can't wait to cheer him on when the parade steps off on 11 July.

You can still celebrate the 4th at the Post tomorrow from 12-6pm

This year’s festivities will include patriotic displays, vintage cars and other floats.
