🎃👻 Join Us for the Annual Neighborhood Halloween Parade! 👻🎃

Hey neighbors! It’s that time of year again—get ready for our Annual Halloween Parade! Dust off those costumes and join us for a fun-filled afternoon. This is fun for the WHOLE family! We’ll have a chili cookoff (sign up here: https://bit.ly/3Y5Yyz7), beer tasting, pumpkin painting, and MORE! Don’t forget to bring your pumpkin down to the beach before the parade starts! Here are the details:

📅 Date: October 26th
⏰ Time: Parade begins at 2:30 PM
📍 Starting Point: Park & Riggs
🚶‍♂️ Route: We’ll be making our way down Riggs Avenue and loop around down to the beach at the gate entrance by the Severn School
💲 Cost: $25 per family. Please Venmo -TREASURER NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 24TH

2023 Holiday Display Contest and Newly Added Sip and Stroll!!

Pull out your tangled lights and hang up your garland. Let the 2023 Holiday Display Contest BEGIN!

A panel of randomly selected judges will tour our neighborhood in search of the most festive houses on December 23rd. New this year; if you would like to participate, please plan to have a festive drink on your driveway from 5-7pm for our neighbors who will stroll by! (Warming Spirits completely optional)

Neighbors who aren’t participating in the contest: join us for the sip and stroll!! A new addition to our fun event! Think cocktails, holiday pjs, and our own OSIPA carolers!
