Today UMES Greater Annapolis Alumni Chapter partnered with Venus Drummond Jones (Edna's Love) and the American Red Cross to host our first blood drive in Annapolis, MD.

On behalf of the Community Service Committee and the Chapter, we would like to thank you all for your participation and support. We were able to collect 15 units, which will save 45 lives!

The University of Maryland Eastern Shore continues to expand opportunities for women in athletics, as university officials have announced the addition of women's flag football. The program is set to begin competition during the 2026–27 athletic year.
