Registration for the 2021/22 basketball season opens on October 1! Please note that Select registration ends on October 15 and Club registration ends on October 31.

Tryouts for Select will be in the final two weeks of October and evaluations for Club (3rd-12th grade) will be mid-November.

Boys SPHS BASKETBALL Camp

The Boys SPHS basketball team will be hosting our boys' basketball camp once again this summer.
The camp is for boys ages 8 through entering grade nine and costs $175/session.
First Session of camp will be Tuesday- Friday June 22-June 25, 2021, from 9:00 am - 12 noon daily.
Second Session will be Monday-Thursday June 28-July 1, 2021, from 9:00 am - 12 noon daily.
Registration is expected to open online only beginning at 5 pnm on Friday May 21, 2021. Go to the school website www.severnaparkathletics.org and look for the summer camps tab.
The health and safety of every camper and camp staff member is priority one. Our goal is to have two complete weeks of camp for every camper. As such we are implementing some changes for this year's camp.
*Campers and staff will be required to wear masks at all times in the school building except when getting a drink (unless AACPS changes guidelines and protocols)
*Campers are to bring their own unbreakable water bottle clearly marked with camper's name.
*The daily check-in table will be outdoors in the main gym entrance courtyard.
*Parents will not be permitted inside the school to watch camp or camp games.
*Parents will drop off and pickup campers daily outdoors. Counselors will accompany campers outside for dismissal.
We do have mandated camp capacity limitations this year so register early and tell your friends.

The Green Hornets operate under the guidelines of Anne Arundel County Recreation and Parks. At this time, AA Recs and Parks has not made a decision regarding the 2020-2021 Winter season and our Winter registration is on hold. Stay tuned to this page and https://www.greenhornets.org/ for updates.
