This week (11/19) our small groups will be shopping for and delivering Thanksgiving meals to some families around town! This is one of our favorite things we get to do as a youth group every year, and we are looking forward to it this year as well!

A couple of things.. 1) We leave in waves so we don’t clog up fareway too much. If you can be a bit early to group this Wednesday, that would be helpful. 2) We ask that students bring some money to help chip into the cost of the meals we are giving out. Any amount helps! And 3) We are in need of some parent volunteers that could help transport students. If this is you, please message us or contact one of the leaders! Thanks so much! Can’t wait to serve with everyone on Wednesday!

Parents and Students! We are trying a new way of communicating with you this year! If you’ve been around we have tried the Remind app in the past but with new stipulations regarding having to pay to use the app, we are now using the GROUP ME app!

‼️LOCATION + TIME CHANGE NEXT WEEK‼️

One of the things we value as a youth group is serving our community. Next week (10/22) we will get the opportunity to do just that!

We will be doing a trunk or treat at a local elementary school as small groups with Elevate Sioux City! Each group will have a different theme and trunk! Talk to your leader to figure out your theme.

5PM meet at Loess Hills Elementary School!
If you are going to be a little later, no big deal! We plan on being there from 5-7.

It’s about that time! As school has started back up, we will be starting RISE back up too!

September 10th, we will be having our RISE kickoff!

Who:
RISE is for all students in grades 6-12.

What:
Every week there will be pizza, games, a large group lesson and also small groups— where we split by grade level to grow in our relationships and our faith.

When:
Wednesday’s from 6:30-8pm at Elevate Sgt. Bluff starting on September 10th 🎉
