Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Club To further the art and skill of quilt making and to foster an appreciation for quilts old and new. on Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m.

The Sunbonnet Sue Quilt Club was started in the Spring of 1986 by Peggy Johnson and "Kennie" Starzenski with twelve charter members, many of whom are still active in the club. Their goal was to emphasize education for interested quilters by holding classes on three levels -- beginning, intermediate and advanced. From that beginning, the club evolved to the current educational, social and community serving organization. On our website you’ll find information about:

Goals

• Present an annual quilt show for the community

• Support members in achieving their individual goals as quilters

• Provide educational and recreational opportunities for members

• Make quilts for donation to community services. Our meetings are held at the Sequim Masonic Temple (700 S. 5th Ave.) until 2:30 pm with club announcements at 10 a.m. The monthly business meeting is held at 10 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month.
