📣 VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY – GEAR COORDINATOR 🏈

The Sequim Wolfpack is looking for a Gear Coordinator for the upcoming football season!

This role is HUGE in helping keep our program organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Duties would include:

🏈 Keeping the gear trailer organized
🏈 Tracking inventory of practice and game uniforms
🏈 Working with the Athletic Director to ensure helmets are recertified and/or replaced when needed
🏈 Assisting with equipment distribution and collection throughout the season
🏈 Ensuring all gear is returned at the end of the season

This is a great role for someone who loves organization, teamwork, and supporting youth sports. No football experience needed — just reliability and willingness to help keep our athletes equipped and ready to go!

We are officially Parade Entry #3! Please look for us lined up in front of Key Bank (see map below for reference).

📍 Lineup begins: 11:00 AM
📍 Parade starts: 12:00 PM

All players, cheerleaders, families, and supporters are welcome to walk with us! Be sure to wear your PURPLE & GOLD and help us represent Wolfpack loud and proud! 🐺

A few important reminders:
🍬 Candy may ONLY be HANDED to spectators — absolutely NO throwing candy.
👧🧒 Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their own children during the parade lineup and route.
🚶 Please stay with the group and help us keep things safe and organized for everyone.

We had an absolute blast at yesterday’s cheer camp!! 💜💛 What an amazing turnout—so much energy, enthusiasm, and spirit. It already feels like it’s going to be such a great season!

If your cheerleader attended and is ready to join us for the season, be sure to mark your calendars for May 1st—registration day!

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible cheer coaches for all their hard work, and to the parents for trusting us with your sweet kiddos for the afternoon. We loved every minute of it!
