For those of you who know Marsha Chowning. I am saddened to report she passed away recently. Shell McQuire informed me that there will be a memorial service at the Catholic Church on June 27th from 10:00 - 12:00.
If I get more information I will pass it on.

OK After our meeting with the city.... 🙏🤞It looks like if all the boxes are checked and the planets align, we will only be closed to events for 1 more week. Please say a prayer and keep being patient. And please know that we are doing this the right way and not cutting corners. Also, if you would like to step up to the volunteer plate for the next project, give Secretary Josh a call in the near future to see what's next. Or attend the House/Board and or Lodge meetings. They are usually posted here. Have a GREAT weekend.

If you would like to help get the parking lot paved.......... please come down to the Sequim City Center at 3:15 on Thursday 6/11 to have a meeting with the city engineer and his supervisor at 3:30. We will meet at the flag pole. They are not expecting us nor did they come out yesterday when our PER went in to try to speak with them. We will wait till they come out to answer the questions of the dragging of their feet. PLEASE JOIN US TO STAND IN SOLIDARITY!

⚾️ 2026 Slugger Showdown Fundraising Has Officially Begun! ⚾️

Player packets will be coming home soon through coaches or directly from me, but we wanted to get families access to the fundraising flyer early so players can start collecting donations and sharing right away!

This flyer includes the official Zeffy QR code families can use to collect player sponsorship donations for the 2026 Slugger Showdown Hit-A-Thon fundraiser during Closing Day on June 13, 2026.

🏆 Players will have opportunities to earn prizes
⚾ Donations help support Sequim Little League players, equipment, scholarships, field improvements, and future league projects
💜 Every donation makes a difference for our kids and league

IMPORTANT:
When donating through Zeffy, donors MUST include the player’s FIRST and LAST name so we can properly track fundraising totals and player prize eligibility.

Physical player packets with schedules, basket information, event details, and additional flyers will be distributed soon.
