Isaiah 58:6-11
6 “Is not this the kind of fasting I have chosen: to loose the chains of injustice and untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and break every yoke?
7 Is it not to share your food with the hungry and to provide the poor wanderer with shelter—when you see the naked, to clothe them, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood?
8 Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will quickly appear; then your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard.
9 Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry for help, and he will say: Here am I. “If you do away with the yoke of oppression, with the pointing finger and malicious talk,
10 and if you spend yourselves in behalf of the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday.
11 The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.

What a beautiful Father’s Day at I-58!
The stage was loaded with fabulous gifts for dad.
The worship that Tim Briscoe brought truly shined a light on our redemption stories.
Passion City Church chose the mission as a partner so they served in the food pantry, grilled up a yummy lunch for clients & volunteers, and Phil Gable brought the Word.
These are the days that lives are changed.

Boy do we love our precious partners!!!
Thank you Bootin' The Gluten!! ♥️

Good morning! Please take a few moments to read this update, as we have some very big changes coming to our business. ❤️

First & foremost, thank you for your continued prayers & support over these last 6 months. We serve a mighty, faithful God who is the ultimate healer.

We are happy to announce we will officially be opening back up for a “soft opening”, next Friday, June 26th, which will continue through the remainder of this year as I continue navigating my health journey. Don’t stop reading here!

Back in April of 2025, I felt called to do more than just our quarterly fundraisers. However, life became busy, and our business grew to the point that my husband even joined me full-time & it sadly got pushed to the back burner.

I hadn’t been feeling well the month of December then on January 6th, our lives came to an abrupt halt. Being hospitalized, undergoing months of testing & still having no clear answers. As of now, I am being closely monitored for some autoimmune diseases that have effected my heart & caused additional health conditions including EM, limiting the amount of time I can be on my feet each day. No more 12-16 hour work days! We have also made the difficult decision to permanently step away from markets. We understand this may be disappointing but this decision was not made lightly. I have to prioritize my health so that I can be present for my husband and children.

During this season of waiting, I prayed fervently that God would give me a clear answer on what to do with our business. Then He did. I realized I had been living for myself & my success. All of the years of striving & sleepless nights... yes I had built a thriving business but I began to ask myself “ what am I doing with it?” I wanted to do more, give more & live out Matthew 25:35 by sharing the love of Christ through giving back what God had so graciously given me. Over the last six months, He has continually shown His abundant faithfulness through His provision for our family. In the words of Forrest Frank, “God is good, all the time!”

Did you know that 1 in 3 families & 1 in 5 kids in the state of Georgia face food insecurity? That is more than 1.5 million people that rely on food pantries to help feed their families. If you have never experienced that kind of hardship, you are more blessed than you may realize. I personally experienced it as a young mother while working and attending college. While there are many wonderful food pantries serving our area, they are constantly in need of support to continue helping our community right here in Coweta & Fayette County. We have walked through & seen first hand the empty shelves of I58 and its absolutely heartbreaking.

With that being said, we are incredibly excited to announce that we are permanently partnering with The I-58 Mission and moving forward, 50% of all of our proceeds will go directly toward helping fight hunger in our community. In addition, a donation of 10 canned goods at pickup will also get your name entered into a monthly drawing for a chance to win something from our menu!

This does also means big changes for ordering though. We are now transitioning to a weekly changing- preorder only menu through Simply Bread. (I will attach the link in the comments below) The menu will typically be released on Monday mornings with orders closing Wednesday evenings & pickups available all day Saturday. Schedule subject to change due to Holidays & family events. This includes the next two weeks due to our daughters’ birthday’s & the 4th of July. I will post the schedule below. The first menu drop will be next Monday (22nd), with a limited amount of items available each week. Simply Bread does also offer an option to sign up for text alerts when new menus are posted. For any cakes, speciality or larger orders, we ask that all requests be placed at least two weeks in advance so I can properly plan ahead. Please contact us through Facebook, Instagram or by texting/calling (217) 853-3472.

We know these are big changes, but are so excited to see what amazing things God has in store for this next chapter! “And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭17‬ ❤️
