This verse really blessed and intrigued me today:

Psalm 65:1 - “Praise waits for Thee, O God, in Zion; and unto Thee shall the vow be performed.”

David Guzik says, “The idea here is that praise was waiting to be given unto God in Jerusalem. The sense is that when God came to meet with His people, He would be received in an atmosphere of praise.”

We have been in revival this week at First Free Will Baptist Church in Hayesville, NC. The services have been wonderful and souls have been saved! The Holy Spirit has been strongly present in every service, and His anointing has been upon each preacher and singer.

Tonight is the last night, so I want to join the psalmist in saying to the Lord, “Praise is awaiting You in Your house tonight! And when You show up, this vow will be performed by Your people.”🙌🏻

Thankful for the service the Lord gave us today at Trinity Hill FWB Church. We praise Him for how the altars were used and for the decisions that were made.

We love these folks dearly, and we are grateful that we could take part in their special day.

We are so excited for tomorrow and the coming week! In the morning, we are blessed to be with Pastor Gary Lewis and the church family at Trinity Hill FWB Church in Nebo, NC, for their homecoming services. We have been privileged to do this service with them for the past several years, and Trinity Hill is absolutely one of our favorite places to minister!🙌🏻

From there, we will head over to Hayesville for the remainder of the week to take part in the Carolina Campmeeting! Can’t wait to spend the week with one of my best friends in this world, Pastor Chris Rumfelt. Join us in praying that the fire and presence of the Lord will be upon each and every service .

We can already sense the presence the Holy Spirit, and we are expecting Him to do a mighty work in His house. We are not satisfied with Him just passing by in these services; we want Him to dwell with us this week!

We’re thankful for the time we had with Mike, Wendy, and the University of Mobile’s basketball team. Unfortunately, we had to leave tonight instead of tomorrow, due to the storm, but we were able to be with the team for two practices and share devotionals with them twice.

As expected, Mike is doing a great job with the players, and it is so thrilling to see him doing what he loves to do. We love and appreciate him and Wendy so much. Their love, friendship, prayers and encouragement have enriched our lives. We are excited to see the team play in November, and we pray for the protection and safety of the entire university family during the storm.

It was a very late night and early morning, but we are excited to be heading to Mobile, AL, to see our good friends, Mike and Wendy Doig. Mike is the head coach of the men’s basketball team at Mobile University, and we are excited to be able to share with the team over the next few days . Pray that this hurricane will not cause our trip to be cut short .

My, did the Lord show up in a mighty way the last two nights at West 5th Ave FWB Church in Gastonia, NC. The church was already in revival before we even got there; God just allowed The Parsons and me to get in on it🙌🏻!

So grateful for the leadership and passion of Pastor Justin Grigg. I felt a kindred spirit with him and his people. They have sensitive hearts, they long for the presence of God, and they love to worship! I am thankful that we were blessed to take part in such a great meeting. The Parsons sang with power from on high, and the Lord guided, helped me and gave me great liberty to preach.

Please continue to be in prayer for the remainder of the meeting. My brothers, Tod Masters and Chris Rumfelt, will be doing the preaching through Friday. May the revival fires continue to burn!🙌🏻

Spurgeon said, “Where goodness has been unceasingly received, praise should be unceasingly offered.”

Psalm 34:1, “I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth.”
