The boys and I had a great time yesterday catching up with some our freshman and sophomore hoopers at Coal City! We saw so many familiar faces and had a lot of nice conversations with parents and kids the whole time! Very thankful to be able to do this and catch up with so many great families! All our Ambush boys that were playing represented their schools and teams well! Couldn’t be more proud of them! Need to just work on getting pics with all our players because I saw so many yesterday! It was pretty awesome!

Another really cool part of doing this is watching Brooks and Baker get more and more used to seeing everyone that’s apart of our Ambush community as well as the seasons go on. They are being more open to go say hi on their own, be silly and themselves, and just hang out and have fun with any familiar face they see! That is something special my wife and I didn’t really see coming but we are very grateful for it happening like it is. Just wanna let those good times roll!

The Braidwood Shootout was a great place to catch up with a lot of players/families from the boys side of the program! What a great couple days of round ball! Very proud of the way all our players represented and played for their respective schools!

Over the weekend our 3/4th grade Lady Ambush showed their competitive fire against some tough opponents and walked away tired with heads held high! This group has come a long way since their first practices. Very small fundamental things gradually kept improving as they got further and further into their season. So proud of this groups willingness to learn, their fight, and resilience all season long. Congrats on your season girls!💪

13/14u Lady Ambush ending their season on a special note today!😎 Congrats girls on this weekend and on the season as a whole! They worked hard, worked smart, and worked together all season! They gave every team they faced a challenge from tip off till the final buzzer! We’re talking about some really competitive young ladies here with strong mentalities!💪

Met up with Sean and Graham from St. Bede last night in Putnam County as they took on Galva! Boys played great and the team got the win in sudden death!
