Our own Keith G. Tidball doing big things in conservation and R3!

The Outdoors Tomorrow Foundation has named Keith G. Tidball, Ph.D., as the new Executive Director! 🚨

Dr. Tidball brings more than 20 years of leadership in conservation, outdoor recreation, education, and public service, and is widely recognized for advancing science-based conservation, growing hunter and angler participation, and showcasing the community and therapeutic value of time spent outdoors.

"Keith brings an exceptional combination of scientific credibility and practical leadership," said W. Laird Hamberlin, CEO of Safari Club International. "As a veteran and SCI Life Member, he understands our mission at a personal level. His experience and vision will help us introduce new audiences to hunting, fishing, and conservation while strengthening the future of outdoor recreation."

Great Mother's Day gift!

Looking for the perfect Mother’s Day gift? How about a weekend surrounded by outdoorsy women in the Adirondacks' original Great Camp?

Beyond BOW is hosting a Bowhunting 101 workshop on May 15 - 17 at Great Camp Sagamore in Raquette Lake. Come earn your New York State Bowhunter Education Certification with other women, taught by women! Topics covered: archery and crossbow techniques, tree stand safety, discuss hunting gear, track a realistic blood trail, 3-D target shoot and more hands-on activities! No experience needed. All equipment will be provided.

This workshop is open to women and girls age 12+. Students between 12-17 years-old must be accompanied by an adult for the entire weekend. Head to the comments section of this post for more information or to register.
