It’s hard to believe but this Boston Butt Fundraiser is almost here. We will start smoking early Thursday evening ( Sep 3rd) and plan on having the best whole butt and plates ready for your enjoyment around 7 Friday morning. We look forward to seeing you.

P.S. As it is every year, this is a FIRST COME,FIRST SERVED fundraiser. And we can only smoke so many at a time. We will try to have plenty for the dinner rush, but please understand that this is a fundraiser and we cannot limit you or anyone else to how many is purchased. So please come as early as you can or send someone, so that you don’t miss out.
Also, I will TRY to keep a close eye on our Facebook so I can hopefully answer your question as soon as possible. But please understand that we will be busy, busy, busy.

The Looxahoma Volunteer Fire Department would like to express our sincere Thank You to the Independence, Poagville and Senatobia Fire Departments as well as our EMA Director and Pafford EMS for their assistance on a motor vehicle accident on Hwy 4 east this morning. The driver was injured but nothing life threatening. Due to patient confidentiality, we are prohibited from sharing any other information.
