We’re proud to represent Highland Hills Medical Center and the Tate County community beyond our hospital walls! 💙

A couple of weeks ago, our CEO Jenny Miller and April Haynes, Marketing & Foundation Development Specialist, attended the Rural Healthcare Strategy Summit in Little Rock, Arkansas.

The summit brought together healthcare leaders and advocates to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing rural healthcare and how we can continue working to strengthen healthcare in our communities.

One of the highlights was hearing from former Mississippi Governor Ronnie Musgrove. His message was incredibly encouraging, especially knowing his history with our area. As one of his first elected offices, Governor Musgrove represented Tate and Panola Counties in the Mississippi State Senate.

We are grateful for opportunities like this to learn, connect with other rural healthcare leaders, and bring new ideas back home to Highland Hills Medical Center.
