Dear 6th Grader:
It is the policy of the M. S. Doss Youth Center to extend an invitation to all sixth graders to become Youth Center members. You may come into the Youth Center any time on or after September 1st. and make an application to join. You must bring your parent or guardian with you when you come into the Youth Center to make application, because your parent or legal guardian must sign the application. There is a $ 20.00 application fee each year that you are a member. You will be given a photo I. D. membership card. If you lose it, mutilate it or get it stolen, you will have to purchase another one during the calendar year of your membership at a cost of $ 10.00. You are required to have this card on your person while at the Youth Center and you must show it to the Director (Mr. Shain) or the Assistant Director (Tim Sage) when you come into the Youth Center.
Remember that you may become a member of the Youth Center at any time, but you must bring your parent or guardian into the Youth Center with you when you decide to become a member. Also, please remember you must have a membership to come to the Youth Center if you live in Seminole or go to school in Seminole.
