Seminole Free Medical Clinic Foundation Seminole Free Medical Clinic Foundation (SFMC) is a 501(c)(3) charity. The clinic starts seeing patients on these days at 5:00 pm.

The clinic sees patients on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of each month (unless the date falls on a holiday and is rescheduled).

After much prayer and consideration, we will be closing the clinic permanently. We were never able to find a pharmacist to volunteer for the clinic. Please check out The Clinic, 2403 West Wrangler Blvd, Seminole, OK 74868, 405-382-4939, for your medical needs.

More information will be coming regarding your medical records if you were one of our patients.

Please know that all the workers loved volunteering at the Seminole Free Medical Clinic.
