Erica Woodberry, an 8th grade math teacher at Selma Middle School, exemplifies what it means to lead with both excellence and heart. While she consistently implements high-leverage instructional strategies that drive strong academic outcomes, her true impact comes from the relationships she builds and the care she shows for every student.
Ms. Woodberry serves her school community in countless ways — as cheerleader coach, step team coach, School Improvement Team Chair, and a dependable team player committed to helping all students achieve at high levels. Her dedication is reflected in her students’ success, as she recently earned the highest middle school Math I scores in the county.
Whether in her classroom, across the school, or throughout the district, Ms. Woodberry leads by example, inspiring students and colleagues alike through her passion, leadership, and unwavering belief in student success.
