My first goal is to get enough ladies involved to initially start an in-person grief support group. If you know a Mom that needs support please feel free to add them to the group. Secondly, I hope that WE can create an environment in which the members are able to discuss and explore a wide range of thoughts and feelings.

I started M.I.N.U.S (Mother's In Need of Understanding and Support) for my community of grieving Mother's. I chose the name MINUS because of what was taken away from us. Lately I've noticed alot of grieving Mother's on my timeline who need support. I thought that starting a grief support group might be an excellent way to reach out to those Mother's.
I envision this grief support group will be a rewarding experience for everyone involved. My prayer is that M.I.N.U.S will provide a safe place for grieving Mother's to share their thoughts, feelings, and emotions following the loss of a child. This group has the means of providing much-needed grief and social support to bereaved Mother's who may feel lonely and isolated.
