Today is the last day to sign up for Snyder County Speak Up (Presentation Event). This the last county wide missed meeting make up session.

If your member has not yet completed the required Presentation at the club level, why not sign them up for this event. Monetary awards are given out, along with ribbons.

Registration is now open for the 4‑H Hooked on Fishing Virtual Derby!

The Pennsylvania 4‑H Hooked on Fishing Virtual Derby is a statewide, catch‑and‑release fishing event open to all Pennsylvania 4‑H members ages 5–18, including Cloverbuds. The event will be held from July 3–5, 2026.

Participants may fish any time between July 3rd and 5th and can submit entries for multiple catch‑and‑release award categories. This virtual format allows youth to fish from any local fishing spot during the derby weekend — making participation flexible, accessible, and fun!

BEAVER COMMUNITY FAIR MARKET ANIMAL ENTRY REMINDER:

The deadline for market entries (Steers, Dairy Beef, Swine, Lambs, Goats, Rabbits) is 11:59 pm on June 1st. Entries will not be accepted after that day, either online or in person. Don't forget to enter and pay for any alternate market animals (swine, steers, dairy feeders, goats, lambs) to be tagged.

Help was or will be, offered during club meetings prior to the deadline, or you can contact your club leader or the 4-H office for assistance if the club has already met.
