SCDs are crucial members of a three-way partnership of federal, state, and local agencies working toward soil and water conservation.
Cedar SCD is located in Sioux County. We plant trees and rent a no-till drill and planter.

Saturday, August 24, 2024
2:00 Children's Games...fire hall
3:00 Native American Dancers...west of fire hall
4:00 Parade Line Up....St. Philomena Church (contact Mary Jean Hunter to enter, $10 entry)
4:30 Parade...Main Street
5:30-7:30 Supper...served in Cedar SCD tree shed. Free will donation for supper.
Throughout the day Farmers' Union Campers will be selling ice cream to help raise money for future camps.
There will be 50/50 raffle drawing after the parade and another at 8:00.
