About the Shady Park Homeowners Association

Shady Park Homeowners Association is a nonprofit organization established by and for the residents of Shady Park Mobile Home Community in Selbyville, Delaware (Sussex County). Plans for the sale of the property, which has been family-owned and operated for more than 50 years, were announced in late May 2018. The prospective buyer is RHP Properties (www.rhp-properties.com), the nation's largest owner/operator of manufactured home communities in the country. If the sale of Shady Park goes through, this will be their third purchase in the state of Delaware.
