These girls played hard yesterday. Started playing at 8am finished by 8pm. Long day it was. They made it to the championship and came out at 2nd!!! Not bad. Very proud of these girls. They came thru and pulled it off. These girls have a bright future ahead of them. Next weekend we play in Friendswood Tx. Another showcase.

We (Lilly and Blaine Scott) would like to thank everyone for your loving support as we set out to establish this foundation in memory of our beautiful daughter, Isabella, who ended her own life as a result of bullying.

We will continue to raise awareness regarding the potential dangers and cruelty inherent in bullying (both face-to-face and online) by adolescents and teenagers.

Specifically, The Isabella Foundation's mission is to educate parents, to inform lawmakers, to provide help for troubled children/teens and to support (emotionally and financially) families of other children who have taken their own lives as a result of bullying.

Isabella’s Foundation works toward this mission in several ways:

By offering educational seminars, materials and social media communications to alert parents and guardians to the dangers of bullying and to provide guidance regarding potential remedies

By providing testimony to local, state and federal agencies that deal with bullying and its detrimental effects as well as to provide testimony before local, state and/or federal legislatures considering statutory remedies

By funding events and published materials (written and recorded) that raise awareness regarding bullying and the inherent dangers as well as the potential negative impact on adolescents, teenagers and their families

By funding funeral and related expenses for families with children who have taken their own lives as a result of cruel bullying

By making contributions (when deemed appropriate by the board of directors) to other 501(c)(3) organizations that have similar purposes and/or 501(c)(3) organizations that provide youth programs and activities that support youth mental health, such as youth outdoors activities to include but not be limited to hunting, fishing and other adult-led activities that help counter the effects of bullying

There are several ways you can help!

Help us spread the word by sharing our posts, participating in events and distributing materials. Your presence and voice are valuable assets.

Isabella’s Foundation is funded through donated cash resources, which support the causes listed above. Even the smallest donations help.

We will be looking for opportunities to educate and inform. If you have a group you would like us to speak to or share materials with, let us know.

I just added another college coach from Coastal Bend College and also a players clinic ran by the Schreiner coach. Every girl from every team signed up can attend the clinic that is included with the new entry fee.

I have 2 spots left. I'm looking into having the college coaches run a player clinic the morning of this showcase from 8am-930am. That'll get the girls some time to show the coaches their skills and to inform the coaches of their showcase game schedule so that they can come watch. This may increase the entry fee to $350, but the clinic would be included for all the girls on the team.
