Hands on training with the next generation. Mike is helping Xavien with a gas instant water heater installation in our training facility. Thank you to Dietz Tractor for supporting the Seguin High School Construction Student Competition team, at their first ever competition, where they ended up win the entire thing! We truly appreciate the people who invest in the next generation of skilled trades professionals. ⚔️⚙️🤝

⚔️ Big news for Seguin High School ⚔️

The Seguin Construction Trades Booster Club is proud to share that Mr. Jason Rice, Seguin High School’s Construction CTE teacher, has been awarded the GVEC Power Up Grant! 🎉

With these funds, Mr. Rice will be creating a mobile construction classroom—allowing students to get real, hands-on experience while working on projects around Seguin. From supporting community spaces like the Seguin ISD Irma Lewis Outdoor Learning Center to future local builds, these students will truly be learning by doing. 🛠️

We are incredibly thankful for Mr. Rice and all he does for his students. His dedication goes above and beyond, and he is truly helping shape brighter futures for young adults in our community.
We need more teachers like him! ⚔️
