The Texas 4-H and Youth Development Program is part of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service of the Texas A&M System. Here in Guadalupe County, we serve the needs of over 6,500 youth with 4-H and curriculum enrichment programs throughout all of our communities. In the future, we hope to increase that number as well, so everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the program!
4-H clubs all around Guadalupe County provide multiple opportunities for youth, ages 8-18, to develop life skills, leadership, teamwork & responsibility while building personal character. Everyone from public, private & home schools are welcome to participate! We also offer programs in Agriculture, Family and Community Health and programs from the Prairie View A&M Cooperative Extension Program. If your are interested in learning more about the 4-H program in Guadalupe County, please contact the County Extension Office to find your local 4-H club and to sign up!
