WE ARE CHANGING GEARS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER!!!

We will NOT be doing our traditional first friday snacks this month. Instead of first friday snacks, we are going to do a TRAIL MIX BAR and we need YOUR help with specific items to FILL THE TRAIL MIX BAR!!

Because we are needing SPECIFIC items, we have created a sign up genius for this one, so that we know what exactly is going to show up to be able to make sure the bar gets filled and ready to serve first thing in the morning on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6TH!! The neat thing is, these items can be sent in starting now until THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH and we will hold onto to the items for you. We need all items by THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH!!

Please please please, if you are signing up for any items, bring it, or else that item will not be available in the trial mix bar and we NEED all these items to make sure we have enough for all teachers and staff members!! If you are bringing something PLEASE sign up for that item on the sign up genius so that we don’t receive too much of one item and not enough of the other!! Thank you SO much!!!

IMPORTANT: We have created a flyer (attached below) to show you the items that are on the sign up genius that we are asking for so that you can put an item name to a picture, so there is no confusion on what is being asked for! We do need all items in "FAMILY" sizes or "LARGE" bag sizes!!

If you have any questions, please reach out!!!

Thank you for your continued support for NIS!!

We do this fun game once a month with staff members at NIS and this month’s guess the teacher was MRS. WORTHY and the winner for the correct guess was, MRS. HAWKINS!!!

We had several correct guesses, so we had to draw out of those for our one winner for the BOOKER BOX!!

ADOPT-A-TEACHER/STAFF MEMBER AT NIS FOR THANKSGIVING!!

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!

Help us achieve this mission by getting all 90 teachers/staff members at NIS adopted for THANKSGIVING, you can adopt how ever many your heart wants to!! We are not taking names on who you want to adopt since they are all receiving the same thing and they will all be receiving one, it's more of can you help us get all 90 adopted!!

Yes, we are only in October, but these things take time, funds need to be collected and orders need to be placed!!

The adoption treat is a BOOKER BOX valued at $25 for the small box size! These are a HUGE hit, everyone loves them. So we decided, why not?

Each teacher/staff member adoption is $25, every single teacher and staff member will be getting the same exact thing, a small size booker box with the option of gluten free or not.

We will be taking adoptions up to November 1ST, this is when we will have to submit payment to have the order put in and on the books with the booker box company since it is a BIG order!! BUT we have a goal of ONE WEEK to complete this and I know we can do it!!

Teachers and staff members will be receiving their booker boxes on November 19TH, the booker box company will deliver them to the school for us to pass out to all the teachers and staff members on that day!!

We want to send all of our incredible teacher and staff members off on thanksgiving break with a little treat in hand, thanking them for how grateful we are for their endless patience and dedication for our children. Our children wouldn’t be moving the mountains they are moving without our wonderful teachers and staff members at NIS who hold this school together and make it a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for our children EVERY DAY!

PLEASE READ: If you have trouble checking out, PLEASE reach out to us so that we can make sure your adoption order gets placed!! When you “complete” your order, you will receive an email for your confirmed order, if you do not get an email of confirmation, that means your order was not placed!!

Thank you all so much for all your love and support that y’all have shown this school year so far, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds for all the PTO plans we have in planning!!
