Our mission is assist Veterans, elderly and at risk residents. Some times these clients do not drive or have transportation but so desperately want to get care for their pets.

Now, we have a solution to that problem! ❤️

If a client of ours can not transport their pet to a veterinary appointment that we are helping them with, we will arrange with Walk the Walk LLC to get them there!

Our mission is simple, keep pets in their loving homes with their families.

We assist the pets of Veterans, Elderly and at risk residents by providing supplies and helping with medical costs up to $500 per pet per year.

Our medical fund has taken a huge hit after helping the pets in a cover photo.

We NEED YOU to help us help those in need. ALL pets matter and they all deserve life saving medical care.

These pets are family and with their family is where they belong, happy and healthy.

Did you know that both 🐶dogs and 🐱cats can get heartworm from ☝️ONE bite from an infected 🦟mosquito?

If the 🦟mosquito is carrying the ❤️heartworm larvae (infective stage) when it bites a pet, the disease is likely to be transmitted to the pet. The larvae enter the bite wound and move through the pet’s body. The adult worms live in the ❤️heart, 🫁lungs, and nearby 🩸blood vessels, where they can grow up to 12 inches long.

🐶Dogs, 🐱cats, and some other mammals can get heartworms only if bitten by an infected mosquito; the disease is not contagious from one animal to another. Heartworms in humans are very rare.

🐶Most dogs and 🐱cats with heartworm infection do not show any symptoms until the disease becomes severe. At that stage, symptoms may include

‼️difficulty breathing
‼️coughing
‼️tiredness
‼️reduced appetite and weight loss
‼️vomiting and gagging (usually only in cats)
‼️lung, liver, kidney, or heart failure, leading to death.

🆘THIS ALL BE PREVENTED BY HAVING YOUR DOGS ON HEARTWORM PREVENTION. 🆘

Even dogs that don’t go outside for long periods of time still run the risk just by going potty.

!! HEARTWORM IS PREVENTABLE !!

Get your pet tested and put on prevention!
