A beacon of peace. Thank you Kelli Klymenko for having this land, this community be a source of such intelligence, creating connection, compassion, and care.
Let’s break the system.
A few weeks ago, my post about a single cardinal and compassion reached over one million feeds — organically. By accident. No ads, no monetization, no ragebait. Just empathy, honesty, and connection.
Tens of thousands reacted. Thousands commented.
And what started as one quiet reflection became something larger — a wave of empathy, connection, and courage.
It spread because people shared it.
Because it resonated.
Because it reminded us that decency still matters.
And here’s the irony:
I did exactly what this platform says it wants — authentic engagement, civil dialogue, human connection.
But instead of celebrating that, it throttled it.
That’s the system at work.
A system that rewards outrage over empathy, and profit over people.
But we can break it.
We can remind these platforms why we came here in the first place — to connect, to care, to share something real.
I’ve never monetized a single post.
If you buy my art or take one of my classes, thank you — but this isn’t about money.
It’s about voice. It’s about unity. It’s about reminding the system that human connection can’t be throttled or priced.
So here’s what I’m asking:
👉 Like, comment, and share this post.
👉 Go back and engage with the ones that meant something to you.
👉 Invite others to do the same.
Let’s remind them we’re still here — real people, real voices, reaching for something better.
We’re not here to be ruled by algorithms or force-fed marketing plans.
We joined social media to connect with each other — not to be manipulated by data, paywalls, or clickbait.
We have friends everywhere. ✊🏼
