Whose ready to BUMP SET AND SPIKE our way into a new season of Sedgwick Rec Volleyball!? 🏐

This season, we will begin a new partnership with Valley Center, Maize and Bel Aire Recreation Commissions for our volleyball competition. Each Saturday of the season, all matches for all ages will be at a host location (Valley Center & Bel Aire will combine). We're excited for this opportunity to stay closer to home but also get to host some NEW friends!

Game dates are:
Saturday, September 26, October 3, 17, 24, 31 and possibly November 7th.

Registration is OPEN NOW and will close Saturday, August 8th. Open to current 3rd through 6th graders. $35 per player.

What an incredible evening! 🇺🇸

Huge shout out to all of our volunteers, community and YOU for making it memorable.

Special thank you to Sedgwick Rec Board & family, Sedgwick Public School, Sedgwick Senior Center, American Legion, DJ Darren, Chantel Rindt, Scout Pack 489, The Meeting House, Daughters of the American Revolution, Wreaths Across America, Big Sky Party, 143 Foto, Liana McGonigle, Karmen Locke, Sedgwick First Responders, Hometown Heroes, City of Sedgwick and of COURSE Victory Pyrotechnics for the AMAZING show!

There’s something special about the 4th of July in a small town, neighbors becoming family, kids laughing in the streets decked out in patriotic gear, lawn chairs lined up in the football field before sunset, and everyone coming together under the same sky to watch the fireworks shine. It’s more than a celebration; it’s hometown pride, shared memories, and the kind of community spirit that never fades. 🇺🇸

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY, SEDGWICK! 🇺🇸🎆

We're excited for what is to come this evening and hope that you join us for 1 or all of the amazing events happening! Many amazing volunteers have put in hours to make this a memorable 250th celebration that you don't want to miss. This evenings fireworks are set to be the best ever!

Sedgwick Rec and City of Sedgwick are pulling out all of the stops this year as we honor America’s 250th birthday with a fireworks display you’ll never forget!!!

We’re thrilled to have back Victory Pyrotechnics & Special Effects who will be lighting up our skies with a SPECTACULARLY patriotic show- packed with dazzling colors, booming finales and heart pounding moments that capture the spirit of our nation right here to our little town.

Bring your family, friends, and lawn chairs, and get ready to celebrate freedom, unity. And the beauty of our great country ❤️🤍💙🇺🇸
