First Blood (Upperhand Genetics)X New World Order X Tricked Out babies weaned this week. Light Crosses and Some All white! Dam hung banners for Jack Nichols. In her first litter 8 out of 10 hung many banners. This is her second litter! We will Open Barn in a few weeks for the early July litters.

WOW, What an evening at the Harvey Co Fair!!! Congratulations to these families for their successes tonight. They put in countless hours and it showed!!!
Besides these backdrop pictures Jack Nichols also had the Champion Spot Gilt and was Reserve Champion Intermediate Showman & Claire Nichols was Champion Jr Showman. We are super proud of all the McGinn Showpig Youth!!!

Farrowing got under way earlier in July. With this heat it is very important to keep pregnant sows cool! This Duroc I could not even tell who she was at first! Cleans up pretty nice though and sent to the crate earlier this week, she is a Statement Day X Hibachi and due to Who’s Your Daddy. This sow has produced tons of banner winners and expecting this one to be even better!
