Running a rescue and sanctuary is a lot of things.
It's rewarding. It's exhausting. It's beautiful. It's heartbreaking. And some days, honestly, it's all of those things before breakfast. 😅
There are moments when the bills pile up, the vet appointments never seem to end, and the "to-do" list feels longer than the driveway. Then something amazing happens.
A donation comes through.
A bag of food shows up.
Someone shares a post.
A volunteer lends a hand.
A message arrives reminding us to keep going.
And suddenly, the weight doesn't feel quite so heavy. ❤️
