Somehow “Thank You” doesn’t feel strong enough…as we are profoundly thankful for the generosity of Evangelism For Children International!
Yesterday Michelle Brewington and Jackie Moore presented us with a very generous donation check to help us continue feeding local food-
insecure children! We enjoyed spending time with them as we showed them our warehouse and explained how we distribute our food.
God is so good! He knows our needs before we even ask!

215 bags of food was assembled in 90 minutes! Our packing team came with lots of energy today! Friday Kid’s Pak is our program designed to feed hungry children - those that are food insecure - here in Highlands County. Participating schools will give out our bag of food on Fridays so the food insecure child has food to eat over the weekend.
If you’d like to volunteer with us on occasion - let us know so we can get you on our volunteer schedule! We love our volunteers!

This was a nice surprise! The Kids Ministry at First Baptist Church Sebring, highlighted our ministry during their 1 week of Vacation Bible School! The kids collected and donated 178.5 pounds of food to us!
The youth leaders as well as a few students delivered the food and got a tour of our humble facility.
A Huge Thank You to everyone that contributed!
This food will be used in our Friday Kid’s Pak program. The packed food will be distributed to food insecure children within Highlands County.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared our numbers in a FB post. We are a 501c3 non-profit and that requires that we keep meticulous records.

For the 2025-26 school year we packed and donated 4,517 Friday Kid’s Paks to feed local children, which is a total of 13,500 lbs of food!

Since we opened our doors in Highlands County: we’ve packed and donated 27,816 Friday Kid’s Paks, which totaled 84,322 lbs of food!

But God! That’s the only way we can explain it. He continues to provide donations and He continues to send us volunteers.

We thank God for this ministry and the privilege to serve. We thank all of the volunteers that work alongside us to make sure food insecure children are fed. We feel very BLESSED. 💕

I’m a little delayed on posting this.

A big Thank You to “David Baker and team” as they are always asking how they can help us. So this past week they helped us package 2,538 Kids Against Hunger Meals! We enjoy their banter, competitive spirit and team camaraderie - makes for an enjoyable time.

A waterline leak inside the wall at our warehouse was not a nice surprise. We immediately called Dylan at DM Homebuilders. He knew what to do. He removed all of the fixtures and opened up the wall for the plumbers. After the plumbing lines were replaced he put the restroom back together again! His work is outstanding! AND he donated his labor to our non-profit because he has a heart for hungry children! Thank You DM Homebuilders! We appreciate you!

Thank You to June Kinney and the residents at The Bluffs - as well as her friends and residents of Ashley Oaks. Both residential communities set up food collection bins where residents could drop off food to benefit hungry families in Highlands County!
In 30 days The Bluffs collected and donated 339 pounds of food! Ashley Oaks collected and donated 99.5 pounds of food!
This combined effort brought in 438.5 pounds of food. Thank you to everyone that participated! We appreciate you!
