The Rotary Club of Sebastian meets every Thursday, from
12:15-1:00pm weekly at Sebastian Saltwater Marina Restaurant, 1732 Indian River Dr, Sebastian, FL and on ZOOM. The Rotary Club of Sebastian, through it’s fundraisers - Shrimpfest, Golf Outing and Brewfest - will raise over $100,000 annually that will go back to the community through the schools, High School athletic teams, Backpacks for Kids
Program, Sebastian PD, Our Little Library, the Riverfront Landing and local non-profits. Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united worldwide, who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world. Rotary is some 1.2 million service-minded men and women belonging to more than 28.000 Rotary clubs in virtually every nation in the world. Rotarian's meet weekly for fellowship and interesting and informative programs dealing with topics of local and global importance. Rotary Clubs are autonomous and determine their own service projects based on local needs. Rotarian's plan and carry out a remarkable variety of humanitarian, educational and cultural exchange programs that touch people’s lives in their local communities and our world community. Rotary Clubs are nonreligious, nongovernmental and open to every race, culture and creed. Club membership represents a cross-section of local business and professional leaders. Rotary is the Rotary Foundation, which each year provides some US $90 million for international scholarships, cultural exchanges, and humanitarian projects large and small that improve the quality of life for millions of people.
