The Blue Skies

Five blues guys are now... The Blue Skies. The Blue Skies Blues Band plays both contemporary and traditional blues- spiced with just a pinch of rock 'n roll.

All familiar faces to Pacific NW music fans, The Blue Skies have over 150 years of combined stage experience. The band is enthused about returning to Salmon Bay Eagles after appearing with other acts at last November's "Foodstock" event. Salmon Bay Eagles member, (and regular participant in Salmon Dan's Jam sessions) Chuck Gould plays keyboards with The Blue Skies. Well known professional sound engineer and drummer Tom Bain handles percussion. Don Chappell shares bass and guitar duties with Terry Carlisle. James Middlefield is a master of the harmonica. Everybody sings.

Come hear blues made famous by Muddy Waters, B B King, Eric Clapton, Paul Butterfield, Buddy Guy, Carlos Santana, the Allman Brothers, the Rolling Stones, Z Z Top, Little Walter, and more.
