73 acres of conserved farmland in the Dungeness Valley are for sale. 🌾

Delta Farm was the very first farm conserved by Washington Farmland Trust. Located in the unique agricultural region of Sequim, this property features prime soils and important salmon habitat along the headwaters of Meadowbrook Creek.

To help make this opportunity more accessible, WFT created an extended listing timeline to give interested farm buyers additional time to explore financing and feasibility. We have also compiled a variety of resources, from a financial resource guide, FAQ, and recorded information session to help support interested buyers throughout the process.

Listing period: April 15 – August 16, 2026
Offer and application review period: August 17 – September 30, 2026

Every day is a good day to support our farmers. But today, it's β€”a day where we can come together to show how much farming matters to us all.

You can join us by helping us raise $20,000 to keep threatened farmland in farmers' hands β€” for generations to come. Every single acre conserved means more fresh, local food, stronger economies, a healthier environment for all of us, and places for farmers of all backgrounds to live out their dreams.

We hope you'll join us this by sharing our story or donating today at the link in our bio.
