Seattle Baking Club giveaway Alert! 🚨
Check out this amazing bundle of cookbooks (some signed by the author!) provided by yours truly as well as an amazing pie-making kit put together by (10” pie pan, Pastry Mat, Baking Weights, Lattice Crust Cutter, Pastry Brush, Pastry Crust Shield, Pie Server and Tea Towel). You’ll also get all of our stickers so far!

Join us for an epic breakfast at the Seattle Baking Club’s April event and celebrate the launch of Morning Baker with the one and only (). We will have a Q&A moderated by and then we’ll dig in with the most delicious breakfast recipes!
Tickets go on sale this Sunday 8th at 12pm for tickets that include a discounted copy of the book. Remaining tickets without the book will go on sale April 11th at 6pm.

Charcoal Coconut Saint Honorés from .
I struggled to set the ganache before assembling as I was rushing before going to the French edition but it was fun using activated charcoal cream puffs and tarts to get that color! I’d try freezing a bit before assembly next time but I’d make this again!

Oh là là!! The Baking Club’s biggest meetup yet and Seattle bakers brought some beautiful showstoppers, delicious creations and we had the best of times sharing French bakes among the friendliest, wholesome atmosphere we always have.
This time we had some special guests with us showcasing some great French bakes:
- they’re the first bakery I ever visited when I moved to Seattle and their almond croissant will always have a special place in my heart!
- the hottest commodity in town! Their seasonal menu of laminated pastries is always spectacular and the owners are the BEST!
- a staple with delicious bread and pastries (their Kouign Amann is one of my favorites ever).

Shoutout to for that incredible Eiffel Tower!
(Still getting used to me new camera so no cool video this time)

Thank you everyone for coming out to these events! We have big plans for this year!

The cutest display of baked goods ever is coming to the Seattle Baking Club! , amazing human, baker, author and GBBO royalty will join us for the event where we’ll do a short Q&A with her and share all the amazing bakes from her books.
Event: Tuesday March 3rd at 6pm
Ticket sales: Saturday Feb 14th at 11am

Less than a day to go… Seattle Rising Together has brought in more than $33,000 for the .w.i.r.p
The support has been overwhelmingly positive! Seattleites want to help and are showing care for our neighbors, friends, and families.
Every contribution helps, and together we can do amazing things! We couldn’t have done this without the support of over 160 amazing businesses, artists and friends that donated prizes to our raffle and we got some amazing goodies to give away!
Can we break $35K? Donations are still open until Sunday 1st at 4pm PST! Winner will be announced at 5pm (I’ll stream it on our discord channel).

To celebrate the holiday break with more baking, we did a small Secret Santa exchange of baked goods and it was so much fun!
It was a bit nerve wracking to have such an open ended challenge for just one person! I made my signature soft pretzel recipe for Jeff (one of the club’s biggest supporters and champions!) and I got the most delicious mushroom duxelle palmiers and a passion fruit tart from Sheila. I love the 100 person events but this one felt special! Thanks everyone for attending!

Bonjour! Join us as we kickstart a new year of more amazing baking events on Feb 7th at 2:30pm. The theme this time is French baking. It can be bread, pastries, pâtisserie, you name it! Tickets go on sale Sunday 4th at 12:00pm (they sell out fast!).
Pick a recipe from ’ “French Bakes Made Simple”, ’s “Chocolat”, new book or any French recipe you like!
If you want to secure a spot and a chance to win a free ticket to the event, comment what your favorite French bake is and tag a friend who would love to attend an event like this!
People who join our channel also get a chance to get tickets a few minutes early so please join as well!
