To qualify for our Smile Mail program and for your child to become one of our "Smile Kids" they must be fighting a life threatening or severe, life altering chronic medical condition. Please email [email protected] for more information and the link to our initial Smile Mail application.

y you if we already have a volunteer planning visit at your child's hospital or local Ronald McDonald House, but if you would prefer a hand delivery please let us know and we will try to find a local volunteer.
