Are you ready to lead the beat AND the heartbeat of an incredible community?

Rainbow City Performing Arts is looking for a passionate leader to become the next Artistic Director of Drumline! 🥁 Step into this exciting role to oversee the Rainbow City Drumline program, featuring three dynamic ensembles:
✨ Reign City Riot: Adding rhythm to Reign FC women’s soccer matches.
✨ Rainbow City Marching Band: Seattle’s iconic LGBTQIA+ and allied marching band.
✨ RCDX: Pushing boundaries with advanced drumming techniques.

With full creative freedom, you’ll craft show-stopping cadences, mentor musicians, and welcome new drummers through Fall open skills classes. Most performances happen in the Spring and Summer, and this contract role is your chance to make a lasting impact through music, collaboration, and community. 🌈
