The Northwest Hickory Players is a voluntary association of golfers formed to enjoy and encourage playing golf exclusively with hickory era, pre-1935 equipment. The goal of this group is to preserve and promote hickory golf in the traditions of the bygone days when golfers, wearing knickers or other period clothing, played with brassies, spoons, mashies, and niblicks. We invite players from Washin
gton, Oregon, Idaho, and British Columbia to join us on-line via our website. The NW Hickory Players are affiliated with the Society of Hickory Golfers and follow their guidelines for equipment.
