Heroes' Narrative Changing hearts and minds with powerful stories. When we act together, there is nothing the United States of America can't achieve. Stories are power.

But for too long we've been told a story that is small and selfish, that turns its back on the American dream. Starting now, we the people will celebrate the true heroes of our time. From Abraham Lincoln to Martin Luther King Jr, from Lilly Ledbetter who fought for equality for women, to the parents of Matthew Shepard who stood up to violent oppression, these heroes are fighting for an America tha

t works for all of us. We will tell this story. Launched in 2011, the Heroes' Narrative is a tool of the Communications Hub at Fuse Washington, uniting the progressive community around a shared story, led by values and heroic stories.
