We know this is a long post, but there's so much happening at this month's Street Fair that it's worth the read!

Celebrate summer at the Beacon Arts Street Fair Garden Party!

Join us on Saturday, July 11, from 11am–5pm for a day inspired by the beauty and bounty of our gardens. Enjoy live music, shop local artists, pick up free plants and seeds, connect with neighbors, and take part in activities for all ages.

Live Music
• 12pm – Intisaar Jubran
• 2pm – Ife Ina Trio
• 3:30pm – Garden Haiku Contest
• 4pm – Jazz Underground

Browse our Art Market featuring talented artists and makers from across South Seattle, grab lunch or a sweet treat from local food vendors, and visit the Garden Share for free plants, seeds, and gardening advice to help your garden thrive.

Kids and families can make an outdoor garden ornament or paper flower crown at the Art Table, create sidewalk chalk art and play with bubbles. Don't miss the Garden Haiku Contest for a chance to win prizes from local Beacon Hill businesses.

Inside Centilia Cultural Center, join free community talks and workshops throughout the day, including:

• How to Plant a Winter Garden
• Budget Gardening
• Food Justice on Beacon Hill
• Growing Food in Containers
• Community Space Development Projects
• Health, Safety & Wellness

You'll also find raffles, community resource tables, and opportunities to connect with organizations working to make Beacon Hill greener, healthier, and more connected.

Shout out to the delivery man Kevin for saving us many, many trips in the car. What a blessing.
