Tibet Sky Village Foundation

Tibet Sky Village Foundation TSVF is dedicated to providing access to hot water, adequate health-care, school supplies, and other basic necessities in Tingkhye, Tibet.

The Water Project is TSVF's most urgent task. High in the mountains of Tibet the water is bitterly cold year round and heating more than a small amount of water is nearly impossible. As a result, most villagers bathe only one or two times a year. TSVF will construct a community bathhouse with water heated by solar energy. Solar energy is the most reliable and cost effective source of power for Tin

gkhye, as the village receives hours of sunshine nearly every day. The bathhouse will be accessible to all villagers year round.
