Guerrilla Masquerade Party Seattle Guerrilla Masquerade Party turns unsuspecting bars into giant costume parties. Just before the event, the location is announced.

GMP is an inclusive, immersive, transformative, participatory event created by the people who show up, in the spaces we take over. Founded in Seattle, WA in 2002 by Dan Garlington (aka Dirty Bunny), over 33 events were held between 2003 to 2008. Each party is announced about 1 month prior to the party date, and each has a theme to help inspire costumes. The locations are not officially forewarned

that we are coming, so it will be a surprise to the staff and patrons. Thankfully, it's a surprise that came with lots and lots of tips. The Seattle chapter inspired chapters in Portland, Las Vegas, and elsewhere. After a 5 year hiatus, GMP Seattle was revived with a 5 year reunion held in 2013. Another event, ZomRomComProm, is scheduled for November 2014.
