We are honored to welcome Tonka Williams, DNP, MHA, MSN, RN, CMSRN, President of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), as the Keynote Speaker for our 2026 Symposium. Dr. Williams serves as the Senior Nursing Director for Practice and Innovation at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. where she leads transformative work in clinical excellence, innovation and quality outcomes while championing environments where nurses can thrive.

The year’s AACN presidential theme, "Every Voice, Every Story, Every Table," reflects Dr. Williams’ deep belief that every nurse’s voice carries influence, every story holds meaning, and every table should welcome the diverse experiences and expertise that shape the future of healthcare.
