She joined Sahar’s Underground TechSheroes program after hearing from a friend who had completed the previous round and witnessed what was possible.

“What really motivated me was seeing the progress of the girls from the previous round, many of whom reached great places within a year through this computer training. Their success encouraged me to believe that one day I too would reach a high place.”

Her words reflect the power of opportunity, community, and belief. When Afghan girls see others learn, grow, and move toward their goals, it strengthens their own determination to keep going. Through computer training and empowerment education, students are building skills, confidence, and a future they have every right to pursue.
